Returns:
   If you need to return an item, please call us at 1-888-551-4343 or e-mail us: sales@creative-waterscapes.com for an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number); There will be no exceptions to this policy, all merchandise returned without an RMA# will be assessed a 75% restocking fee!

Warranty:
   All product warranties explicit and implied are per the manufacturer and are subject to federal, state, and local conditions. Defective merchandise is to be returned to us in no more than 7 days from receipt. All damage due to shipping must be made as a claim with the shipper.  Please call if you have questions or need assistance.

Shipping Information
   Shipping information, costs, and policies - Please  call for information  Most Items are FOB - Crown Point, IN. Some items are FOB the manufacturers warehouses and shipping will be calculated from there to your designated delivery location.  Items over 150 Lb. must ship LTL via common carrier such as Roadway or Consolidated Freightlines.

Online Ordering...Why Not?!?

   Our volume has grown by leaps and bounds over the past several years thanks to customers like yourselves.  We do not accept Orders online since we feel that it is better to talk with the customer about their options and the product they are seeking so that they only purchase what they need and nothing more! We do not “pad” our orders with un-needed items just to increase the profit margin.  We treat our customers as we would like to be treated, fairly!

Check-By-Fax, Phone, or E-mail

   Since most people in the world have checking accounts, but not credit cards, we offer the following option!  Basically what we do is take the account and bank routing information from one of your personal or business checks that you fax us or call in and use a computer program to create a duplicate, deposit only, check. We then print the duplicate on check paper with an ink jet or laser printer here and deposit it in our bank account. This is perfectly legal and since they money is being transferred between banks and no cash is changing hands, your signature is not required.  After we deposit the check we usually wait 3 days for it to clear and then process your order and ship it out. It is that easy! The idea behind the Check-By-Fax program is that it will shave off the 3 to 4 day Postal mail time. so you can get your order that much faster (unless it is drop shipped from the manufacturer)  To use the Check-By-Fax option we will need the following information from your check:

   When placing your order we always like to speak with the customer in person. This is so we can make sure what you are ordering is what you really need! 

   If you you would just like to fax us your order instead of telephoning it in, feel free to send it to 219-663-4863 and we will be happy to accomodate you. This is a dedicated fax line so there is no “trick” to get the system to pick up! Just dial and go!

   If you find that you are having problems with the system recognizing your fax machine, please give us a call and we will see if we can find an alternative method of transmission!

International Orders...

   We do sell all of our products internationally.  If you happen to be outside the United States, please send us an e-mail to sales@creative-waterscapes.com and let us know what you need.  We have shipped pumps to Canada, floating lights to Italy, Liners to Guam and Commercial filters to Thailand. There is no order too large or too small that we cannot work with. We also have extensive connections with vendors and international freight companies to help cut down on shipping and procurement costs, all in an effort to serve you better.  All international orders are subject to the Import and export laws of the respective countries. Payments are accepted via direct deposit wire transfers or money orders to our corporate accounts.
